PROXY / LAND SIGNALS

In this looped video, I drag a fluorescent red buoy across the Arctic landscape. The buoy moves with the jilted, limping labor of the unseen individual performing the action. Covered in a stampede of footsteps of those who have already crossed landscape, the snow-covered ground becomes an arena for reconciling disabled bodies in treacherous environments.
